Lois, nicknamed "Commander Bull", was shot dead by the military in Reynosa
Mass road overlaps and arsons swept the Mexican city of Reynosa in the state of Tamaulipas on Saturday evening, after the elimination of Julian Loyce Salinas, one of the leaders of the drug cartel Zaliv, in a clash with the military. This was reported by the representative of the security forces of the State of Luis Rodriguez Suarez.

Lois, nicknamed "Commander Bull", was shot dead by the military in Reynosa on Saturday, April 22, early in the morning. He was one of the most wanted criminals in Tamaulipas.
"We counted 32 blockades (roads), 11 of them were organized with the help of arson machines, there were nine arson outlets, and 18 wastelands were still fired," Rodriguez told reporters.
The Ministry of the Interior of Tamaulipas, in turn, issued a warning to citizens not to visit Reynosa due to a sharp exacerbation of the situation after the liquidation of Loisy.
